Our surgeons perform the majority of orthopedic related surgeries including total knee arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty via anterior and posterior approaches, total shoulder arthroplasty, reverse total shoulder arthroplasty, open and endoscopic carpal tunnel release, rotator cuff repair, fracture fixation, trigger finger release, Dupuytren’s contracture, bunion correction and much more.

We also provide nonsurgical treatment options including cortisone injections, viscosupplementation (gel) injections and platelet rich plasma (PRP) injection.
Total Knee Arthroplasty
Total knee replacement surgery is also known as arthroplasty and it may be recommended if:

Your knee pain is so severe that it limits your activities.

Knee pain while resting, either day or night.
-
Chronic knee inflammation and swelling that does not improve with rest or medications.

A deformity such as bowing in or out of the knee.
-
No significant improvement with other treatments such as anti-inflammatory medications, cortisone injections, injections, physical therapy, or other surgeries
Total Hip Arthroplasty
A total hip replacement is also known as a total hip arthroplasty and it may be recommended if:

Your hip pain limits everyday activities, such as walking or bending.
-
Hip pain while resting, either day or night.
-
Hip stiffness that limits the ability to move or lift the leg.

Inadequate pain relief from other treatments such as anti-inflammatory drugs, physical therapy, or walking supports.
Total Shoulder Arthroplasty
A total shoulder replacement is also known as arthroplasty and may be recommended if:

You experience severe shoulder pain that interferes with daily activities, such as reaching into a cabinet, dressing, toileting, and washing.

Pain at rest and this pain may be severe enough to prevent a good night's sleep.

You have experienced a loss of motion and/or weakness in the shoulder.
-
Failure to improve with other treatments such as anti-inflammatory medications, cortisone injections, and/or physical therapy.
Carpal Tunnel Release
We can operate to repair your wrists with open and endoscopic carpal tunnel release when:

Nonsurgical treatment does not relieve your symptoms or provides only temporary relief.

Loss of motion and severity of symptoms.
-
Findings discovered during a physical exam.
-
Results of electrophysiological testing and/or medical imaging are concerning.

In long-standing cases with constant numbness and wasting of your thumb muscles, surgery may be recommended to prevent irreversible damage.
PRP injections - Faster Healing
Heal faster with platelet rich plasma treatment. Great for shoulder injuries, elbow, back and hip injuries. The PRP is injected in and around the inflamed/torn tendons.
